Back Room: A spacious area comfortably seating up to 25 people or more.

L-Shaped Front Room: A bright space for groups of up to 20 people.

Meeting Room: Ideal for a small group, consultations or individual workspace

Our House is fully equipped to ensure your event runs smoothly:

Tech & Media: Projector and screen, whiteboard, and a Smart TV with soundbar (remotes available via a refundable deposit).

Kitchen & Dining: Registered kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, and hot water urn.

Flexible-use furniture: Adult and children’s sized tables and chairs are available.

Amenity & comfort: Split-system heating and cooling in all main areas.

Outdoors: A secure, fenced play and garden area with a childproof gate for safety.
Access & Parking

Parking: 9 off-street spaces plus 1 dedicated disabled space. Limited 2-hour on-street parking is also available nearby and unlimited time parking opposite.

Accessibility: Rear entrance equipped with an access ramp.
Terms & Requirments:

Hirers (individuals, groups, and businesses) must hold their own Public Liability Insurance unless an alternative arrangement has been made. Some activities may qualify for Bennettswood NH insurance cover. Please feel free to enquire if your event or activity is covered by our insurance - but note that some private events are unfortunately not eligible (due to Whitehorse Council no longer extending Casual Hire Insurance to neighbourhood houses).

Hirers must comply with the Bennettswood Neighbourhood House Venue Hire Information, Terms & Conditions & Agreement. (A breach may result in action being taken including the hirer no longer permitted to hire the House for future events).

All personnel and participants using Bennettswood Neighbourhood House are responsible for supporting the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of children. The **Child Safe Code of Conduct outlines the expected standards for appropriate behaviour with and in the company of children, including online conduct. **(Appendix C - Bennettswood Neighbourhood House Venue Hire Information, Terms & Conditions & Agreement.
