Bennettswood Neighbourhood House Inc. is a not-for-profit Incorporated Association governed by a volunteer committee of community representatives. The Committee of Governance is central to determining the strategic directions of the House and overseeing compliance with the statutory and contractual obligations of an incorporated body.

 

The committee is elected by members of Bennettswood Neighbourhood House Inc. at the Annual General Meeting and meets a minimum of six times per year. Anyone can apply to be an association member which enables eligibility for committee membership and voting rights at the Annual General Meeting. Casual vacancies can occur and be filled throughout the year.
