Full payment of term fees is required prior to commencing any course or activity. Term fees may be paid in two separate payments (at the start and mid-way through the term) on request. Pro-rata term payment may be requested in exceptional circumstances (such as illness or caring responsibilities for 4 or more consecutive weeks). Please feel free to enquire if you have a significant health or personal issue. Granting of pro-rata payment may incur an administration fee. Weekly (casual) rates are not available (unless otherwise specifically stated). Payment for a ‘try-out’ class may be waived (at discretion of the manager).


The House may cancel a course or activity if there are insufficient bookings. Courses or activities cancelled by the House will be fully refunded. Cancellation by participants must be made at least 5 days prior to the start of a course or activity or 14 days prior to a one-off workshop and incur a small administration fee – $5. Refunds cannot be made once a course or activity has commenced (except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the manager).


New participants must complete an enrolment form for purposes of collecting data that is necessary to administering activities (in line with relevant privacy laws).
